Delivery

What we measured, not what we promise

Every figure below comes from our own delivery data: 232 parcels whose carrier recorded an actual delivery, ordered between May and September 2026. We publish the ninth-in-ten figure, not the average, because the average is the number that disappoints one customer in two.

Destination Parcels measured Half arrive within Nine in ten within Date we show you
United States 62 17 days 22 days 22 days
Germany 49 18 days 35 days 36 days
United Kingdom 24 16 days 22 days 23 days
France 23 18 days 28 days 28 days
Canada 21 18 days 22 days 23 days
Belgium 17 18 days 31 days 32 days
Australia 14 20 days 25 days 26 days
Italy 13 16 days 21 days 21 days
Greece 7 16 days 36 days 36 days

Anywhere else, we show a 26-day ceiling — our overall ninth-in-ten figure across every destination is 24 days.

Why it takes this long

Nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting for you. Your dress is cut and sewn in our partner workshop once you have ordered it, then shipped to you directly. Your order reaches the workshop within 1–2 business days — we measured that too: 1.7 days on average. The rest of the time is making and transit.

What we do when we are late

If your order has not arrived by day 30, contact us and we refund it. The claim window runs to day 45. Delivery is free on every order and tracked end to end.

If the date does not work for your event

Do not order. That is what the date on the product page is for. We would rather lose the sale than have you open the box the morning after.
