Lauven does not sell shapewear, menswear or kids clothing. It sells more than dresses.

Shipping

Free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum order.
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed later are processed the next business day.
Handling: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
Transit: 10 to 14 business days, Monday to Friday.
Typical total: 11 to 16 business days from the order date, approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
Delivery commitments from the order date: Italy 21 days; United States 22; United Kingdom 23; Canada 23; Australia 26; France 28; Belgium 32; Germany 36; Greece 36; all other destinations 26.

For a special event, order at least 4 weeks in advance. Customs processing may cause additional delays. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Returns and exchanges

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. They must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Each item may be returned or exchanged once. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.

For change of mind or sizing issues, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged or incorrect goods, the customer does not pay the shipping fee.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. There are no restocking fees.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. The item must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
Some hygiene and safety items may be non-returnable when clearly marked on the product page.
For an exchange, email the order number and requested size or style. Availability must be confirmed.
